*Park Place Townhomes participates in the Section 42 program, often referred to as the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.  This program provides affordable housing to households who earn less than the area’s annual median income.  In order to qualify, the household’s total gross annual income must fall within the following limits based on household size:

1 BR – 1 Occupant Annual income must fall between $25,320 – $42,000*
1 BR – 2 Occupants Annual income must fall between $25,320 – $48,000*
2 BR – 2 Occupants Annual income must fall between $30,840 – $48,000*
2 BR – 3 Occupants Annual income must fall between $30,840 – $54,000*
2 BR – 4 Occupants Annual income must fall between $30,840 – $60,000*
3 BR – 5 Occupants Annual income must fall between $34,830 – $64,800*
3 BR – 6 Occupants Annual income must fall between $34,830 – $69,600*
